A Red Ashay satin glass 'Speed Girl' car mascot, moulded in the form of a girl's head with flowing hair, length 20cm. Note: Red Ashay mascots were made for H.G. Ascher Ltd of Manchester and London, by the Reidel Glass Works in Czechoslovakia. H.G. Ascher first marketed these mascots as ‘Red Ashay’ in 1930 and they were finally taken off the market in 1952, when H.G. Ascher closed.
