A Mintons Balmoral pattern dinner plate, dated 1892, painted to the rim with a crown enclosed within a pink flowered wreath frame tied with a blue ribbon, opposing an entwined gilt 'VA' monogram standing for Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, with the same pink flowered wreath frame, the rim with gilt dentil detail, impressed marks to base with puce printed retailer's stamp for Mortlock, Regent St., diameter 26cm.
