A large pair of Continental bisque porcelain figures, circa 1900, modelled as a male and female in period dress, each carrying a sheaf of hay on their backs forming a posy holder, he with a scythe, she with a rake, standing before treestumps on naturalistic mound bases, blue painted marks, height 60cm (some faults and restoration).
