Folio (426 x 271mm.) Title with wood-engraved vignette, 176 hand-coloured armorial shields and numerous uncoloured, 13pp. ‘Index’ to rear, mounted amendment in manuscript on Ss2. (Tear to p.203, light scattered spotting.) Contemporary cloth (faded, stained, paint spots, minor scuffing). Provenance: James Bucknall (armorial bookplate to front pastedown).
