A Continental porcelain oval plaque, late 19th century, painted after Winterhalter with a half-length portrait of a young Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, wearing a sailor suit, held within a Black Forest carved softwood frame of curling leaves above an anchor emblem, plaque height 6cm, frame dimensions 18cm by 15cm.
