A mixed group of mainly 15.3cm square Packard & Ord tiles, mid-20th century, including Simple Simon, Little Bo-Peep and Little Miss Muffett from the Nursery Rhyme’s series, designed by Thea Bridges, four with Shakespearian subjects, including Henry V on horseback, designed by Ruth Leeper, one depicting Fagin, four with Canterbury Tales figures, including two 10cm square size, one painted with a retriever, probably designed and painted by Sylvia Packard, one painted with a seahorse, one inscribed and painted with ‘Windsor Castle The Round Tower’, and three from the Peasant’s series, designed and probably painted by Rosalind Ord (some faults).
