A Russian Gardner porcelain figure, Verbilki, Moscow, probably titled Cruel Fate or Bitter Share, modelled as a woman carrying a baby wrapped in her coat and a bundle over her shoulder, on a naturalistic circular base with burgundy glazed edge, red printed and impressed marks to base, height 20cm (faults).
