An early 20th century Louis Vuitton monogrammed canvas and wooden-bound wardrobe trunk with overall applied brass mounts and locks, the corners and edges trimmed in leather, the interior with five drawers (one drawer missing), sixteen wooden coat hangers and a fabric-covered dividing panel, the lock plate stamped 'Louis Vuitton, Champs Elysées, Paris, New Bond Street, London' and numbered '043638', the owner's label with card detailed 'Group Captain P.W. Helmore Royal Air Force', height 114cm, depth 66cm, width 56cm.
