Two pieces of studio pottery, the first a jar and cover by Mike Dodd, impressed and incised with five diamond shaped geometric panels, height 12.5cm, the second a footed circular bowl by Sheila Casson, the exterior with an incised wavy band beneath an iron glaze, the interior with pale grey glaze, diameter 19.5cm, both with impressed seal mark. Provenance: from the personal collection of the ceramic artist, the late Eric James Mellon (1925-2014).
