Five pieces of Ursula Mommens studio pottery, comprising three small circular bowls painted to the exterior in cobalt with a band of blue fish against a specked grey glazed ground, 13.5cm diameter, a similar preserve pot and cover, height 10cm, and a shallow circular dish painted in cobalt with a circular panel of stylized birds to the centre base, diameter 24cm, most with impressed seal marks, together with a similar small jar and cover painted in cobalt with stylized leaves, unmarked, height 9cm. Provenance: from the personal collection of the ceramic artist, the late Eric James Mellon (1925-2014).
