In 2 parts, includes ‘A Catalogue of British Birds, with Synonyms’, woodcut illustrations in the text. (Toning.) Near contemporary brown full calf, gilt borders and spine, morocco lettering piece, g.e. (minor scuff to lower cover). Note: published as a supplement to Bewick’s Birds. Provenance: George Stewart Nicholson (bookplate to front pastedown).
