J. Sleath - ‘Plan of Brighton and its Environs, drawn from actual surveys’, engraving with hand-colouring, published by W. Saunders, 53cm x 73cm, within a Hogarth style frame, together with two further hand-coloured aquatints, ‘View of the Pavilion and Steyne at Brighton, with the Promenade’ and Fashions for Summer 1831 by B. Read, outside the Pavilion, both within gilt frames, and ‘Mrs Fitzherbert’ after Richard Cosway, colour stipple engraving, within a decorative composition gilt frame (3). Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.
