A George V 1897 pattern infantry officer's sword by Samuel Bros, Outfitters, Ludgate Hill, London E.C., with straight dumbbell-section blade, blade length 83cm, chromed bowl guard with openwork decoration and crowned 'GRV' cypher, and wire bound fishskin grip, with stitched leather scabbard (blade heavily cleaned and repolished).
