A late 19th/early 20th century leather-covered and brass-bound oak cartridge case with brass lock, the fitted interior with gilt-tooled leather label, detailed 'Army & Navy C.S.L., Gun Department, 105 Victoria Street, Westminster, S.W.', and four divisions with leather belt straps, the lid exterior marked with initials 'C.S.H.', height 14cm, width 33cm, depth 26cm.
