A Chinese silk embroidered child's festival hat, late Qing dynasty, worked in coloured threads with dragons, butterflies and flowers on red, dark blue and black grounds, hung with knotted tassels, width 23cm, together with a similarly decorated festival hat, worked in coloured threads on a black ground, width 17.5cm, and another silk hat, diameter 14cm. Provenance: the property of a West Sussex lady collector.
