A Doulton Lambeth stoneware oil lamp, late 19th century, of squat, compressed bulbous shape, decorated by Edith Lupton, monogrammed, with panels of stylized foliage and scrollwork, fitted with a 'Messengers Patent Duplex' burner mechanism, together with a glass chimney, impressed and incised marks to base, height to top of burner 18cm.
