A Meissen porcelain pierced cabinet plate, late 19th Century, the cobalt blue ground painted to the centre with a girl and boy in a countryside setting, within a gilt foliate scroll frame, the gilt enriched rim pierced with trellis and foliate panels heightened with blue floral medallions, the rim underside with further gilt detail, crossed swords in underglaze blue to base with impressed numerals, diameter 25.5cm (minor chips).
