A pair of English Staffordshire porcelain jars and covers, possibly Coalport, mid-19th century, of hexagonal tapering form, painted with flowers on a blue ground with gilt scale decoration, flanked by gilt fish head handles, unmarked, height 30cm (restoration). Provenance: from the estate of a Sussex gentleman.
