A Japanese mixed-metal inlaid bronze and hardwood rectangular box and cover, Meiji period, the top finely inlaid with silver, gold and coppered flower, petals and leaves on a polished bronze ground, incised three-character signature to bottom left corner, length 14.5cm.

A Chinese famille rose porcelain teapot and cover, mark of Daoguang but later, the circular body painted with figures of a lady and gentleman divided by lines of black text and iron red seals, iron red enamelled seal mark to base, height 12cm (chip to spout), together with a Japanese Satsuma earthenware globular pot, Meiji period, painted with opposing figural panels, gilt signature to base, height 4.4cm.

A near pair of Chinese Canton blue and white export porcelain plates, mid-19th century, each painted with precious vessels within rims of fish and bats, diameters 21.5cm and 22cm (minor faults).

A Chinese archaistic butterscotch coloured soapstone tripod censer and cover, late Qing dynasty, the swollen cylindrical drum shaped body and cover carved in low relief with mythical beasts within keyfret borders, flanked by a pair of carved and pierced mask and tongue with loose ring handles, raised on three lion mask shouldered paw feet, incised black three-character mark to underside, height 8.1cm (cover repaired), with an ebonized hardwood stand.

A Chinese pale celadon jade figure group of a recumbent ram and lamb, probably 20th century, modelled laying side-by-side, chewing on a lingzhi fungus branch, height 4.7cm, length 8cm.

A Chinese silver two-section waist belt buckle, early 20th century, each rectangular section decorated with a central two-character motif within alternating cash and flowerhead border, maker's mark 'WS' for Woshing of Shanghai to reverse, weight 52.8g, length 9.1cm.

A Chinese Canton export lacquer games box, early to mid-19th century, of rectangular form, the hinged lid decorated with a gilt scene of pavilions in landscape, the interior fitted with four similarly decorated interfitting counter boxes, containing a collection of Canton mother-of-pearl gaming counters, comprising fifty-eight slender rectangular and thirty shaped rectangular, all with incised decoration, length of box 20.2cm (minor faults).
