A mid-20th century Dutch silver tea strainer, the outswept rim embossed with rural scenes and pierced with foliate scrolls, flanked by a pierced foliate tab handle, date letter for 1949, weight 37g, length 11.5cm, and a small group of other silver and silver mounted items, including a pair of salts, four thimbles, two buttonhooks and a glove stretcher, weighable items 219.5g, together with a Cross sterling silver propelling pen and pencil set, cased, and a small group of plated items, including an elephant pin cushion, four thimbles and three pairs of sugar tongs.
