Numerous advertisements, colour maps, photographic illustrations. (Pencil drawing verso a plate, toning, occasional spotting.) Later brown cloth with original covers and spine laid-down, gilt lettering and mounted colour illustration to upper cover (some fading to original covers). Note: rare. - And a further three volumes (including 'Kelly's Directory of Brighton, Hove, Portslade and Neighbourhood', 1938, 8vo) (4).
