LOT 1212
A mid to late 19th century French gilt spelter and porcelain mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the Sèvres style porcelain dial with Roman hour numerals within a bleu céleste band, the drum case flanked with a classical maiden, on an outswept base cast with foliate scrolls and swags and inset with two porcelain panels, height 36cm, with pendulum, winding key and giltwood stand.
