An unusual 19th century European sword with curved single-edged fullered blade, blade length 83cm, and carved rhinoceros horn two-section hilt with lion head crossguard and pommel in the form of a lion holding its back leg in a pose. Note: as this lot incorporates rhinoceros horn, it would be very unlikely that a re-export certificate would be granted beyond the UK. Customers outside the UK are requested NOT to bid on this item.
