A fine post-1902 1846 pattern Royal Navy Reserve officer's sword by Kenning & Son, 23 Williamson St, Liverpool, with single-edged spear-point fullered blade, blade length 80cm, finely etched with Royal arms and fouled anchor, detailed 'RNR', gilt brass bowl guard with folding section and cast with crowned fouled anchor, detailed 'RNR', wire bound fishskin grip and lion head pommel, with a sword knot and brass mounted stitched leather scabbard.
