A group of medals and insignia relating to the Rowland-Jones family, including a 1914-15 Star to ‘1969 Mt/.Dvr. A.R.Jones. 9 A.S.C. A.I.F.’, a 1914-18 British War Medal to ‘Capt A.R.Jones. R.A.F.’ and a 1914-19 Victory Medal to ‘2/Lieut. A.R.Jones. R.F.C.’, mounted on a bar as worn, a 1914-15 Croix de Guerre with star, a silver identity bracelet, detailed ‘A.R.Jones R.F.C A.I.F’, an aluminium identity disc, detailed ‘A.R.V.Rowland-Jones Sub/Lieut. R.I.N.V.R.’, related mostly family insignia, including St John Ambulance Brigade, ribbons of the Order of the British Empire, British Red Cross Society, Royal Flying Corps, Royal Air Force and Australian Commonwealth Military Forces, a pair of brass titles, detailed ‘City Of London’, and an ARP badge, Far East variant, detailed ‘M.’.
