A fine Second World War period Japanese katana with curved single-edged blade, blade length 61cm, the tang with painted signature, oval steel tsuba, fabric tape bound fishskin grip with partially hidden flowerhead menuki fittings, fuchi and kabuto-gane pommel, with black lacquered scabbard with single ring suspension.
