A Second World War period Japanese katana with curved single-edged blade, blade length 67cm, the tang signed to both sides and with single peg hole piercing, shaped rectangular cast bronze tsuba, fabric tape bound fishskin grip with hidden flowerhead menuki fittings, fuchi and kabuto-gane pommel, with metal scabbard with partial brown painted finish and single suspension ring.
