The order and campaign medals awarded to George Henry Robertson, comprising Companion of the Order of the Bath, 22ct gold and enamels, London 1858, with the original R&S Garrard & Co fitted case, two Scinde Medals, the reverses engraved 'Hyderabad 1843', the first with engraved naming in capitals ‘Lieutt G.H.Robertson. 25th Regt.’ with clip and hinged bar suspension, the second with engraved naming in capitals ‘Lieut Geoe Heny Robertson. 25th N.I.’, with clip suspension (lacking bar), with an accompanying ribbon with gilt fittings including a brooch fitting, and three dress miniature awards, comprising Companion of the Order of the Bath, the ribbon with brooch suspension, Scinde Medal, the reverse engraved ‘Hyderabad 1843’, with brooch fitting to the ribbon, detailed ‘Hunt & Roskell’, and Indian Mutiny Medal with bar ‘Central India’, with brooch fitting to the ribbon, detailed ‘Hunt & Roskelll’ (the silver awards have been lightly lacquered), together with an East India Company silver rupee, the reverse adapted and engraved ‘Geo. Hen Robertson Hyderabad 25th Bom: N.I.’, two framed portraits and further portraits, photographs and paperwork detailing his biographical and career history and also relating to the wider Robertson family, including wills and family trees, in a leather case.
