A mid to late 19th century United States Colt .36 five-shot percussion revolver, serial number 102880, with octagonal barrel, barrel length 12.5cm, marked 'Address Col Colt New York City', nipple foresight, round cylinder action, engraved with stagecoach scene and marked 'Colts Patent No 102830', the frame marked 'Colts Patent', brass trigger guard, figured walnut plate grips and hinged-action rammer, matching serial numbers throughout.
