LOT 1459
Five pieces of studio pottery, probably Tim Stampton, comprising a tall jug with iron oxide glazed neck above a speckled body, height 31.5cm, a similar smaller jug with brownish red glaze, height 10.5cm, another jug with incised decoration, height 10cm, a cylindrical vase, height 13.5cm, and a large circular charger, diameter 36.8cm, together with three small booklets published by Tim Stampton printed with wood engraved images. Provenance: from the personal collection of the ceramic artist, the late Eric James Mellon (1925-2014). Note: Tim was a friend of Eric’s.
