British and Continental Ceramics

A Royal Copenhagen faience vase, 1970s, designed by Nils Thorsson, of tall square form, decorated with panels of abstract birds in shades of brown, printed marks, artist's monogram and pattern number to base, height 22cm, together with a matching Royal Copenhagen faience vase of flattened rectangular form, length 18cm.

Two Lladro porcelain figures, comprising Sad Sax, No. 5471, and Circus Sam, No. 5472, together with a Lladro porcelain Don Quixote plaque, nine Nao figures, including five clowns, and three other porcelain figures (minor faults).

A Doulton pottery ivory ground earthenware moonflask, 1880s, enamelled and gilded to each side with flowers and foliage within chinoiserie style brown and gilt detail, gilt printed mark to inside edge of one foot, height 30cm.

A Plaue porcelain centrepiece, late 19th century, modelled as a central trunk flanked by two floral encrusted shell bowls surmounted by cherubs dancing and playing musical instruments, raised on a pierced base beneath a pierced floral encrusted bowl, underglaze blue mark to base, height 46cm, together with a similar Sitzendorf figural candelabrum (some faults).

A Coalport porcelain Japan pattern part tea service, circa 1810, of London shape, comprising teapot and cover, milk jug, slop bowl, two plates, four teacups and six saucers, pattern No. '622', diameter of plates 21.8cm (slop bowl cracked).

A small group of Belleek, the majority 1980 onwards, including a boat shaped salt and a cottage shaped cheese dish and cover, most with gold printed mark to base.
