A Carl Thieme Potschappel Meissen style écuelle, cover and stand, late 19th/early 20th century, of circular shape with branch handles, the stand with scalloped rim, painted in puce camaïeu with panels of Cupid in various pursuits, within gilt framing flanked by floral sprays, underglaze blue factory mark, diameter of stand 22cm (glued repair to handle of cover).
