A Ridgway Imari decorated tea-for-two, circa 1815, pattern No. 2/473, with iron red flowers on light and dark blue gilt enriched leaves, comprising teapot, cover and stand, sucrier and cover, jug, two saucer dishes, diameter 22cm, two teacups and saucers and coffee cup, together with four teacups, eight coffee cups and a slop bowl in pattern No. 2/781 (minor faults). Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.

A large Ridgway bluish-mauve earthenware two-handled vase, circa 1835-40, the octagonal baluster body relief moulded, enamelled and gilt with a range of foliate scrollwork, zoomorphic beasts and fountains in black, cream and white, the neck flanked by gilt handles, iron red painted pattern No. 215 to base, height 39.5cm, a matching smaller example, height 25cm, a similar vase, decorated with chinoiserie figures, flowers and emblems, and two other smaller examples, height 20cm. A composite Ridgway part dessert service, circa 1820-25, painted with topographical views within gilt foliate framing against a gilt dotted and flowerhead decorated cobalt blue ground, comprising eight plates, diameter 22cm, an oval dish in pattern No. 941 and four square dishes and a pair of diamond dishes in pattern No. 1111, together with three other Ridgway plates, including a pair printed and painted with fruit, pattern No. 901, diameter 22cm. Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.

A group of Ridgway dessert wares, circa 1815-30, including a sauce tureen with integral stand and cover, pattern No. 518, painted with floral bouquets and sprigs with relief moulded fruiting vine handles and knops, height 14cm, a pair of similar plates, pattern No. 115, a two-handled square dish and four plates, decorated in pattern No. 747 with a chinoiserie design with moulded fruiting vine detail, and a footed centrepiece bowl with stylized shell handles, painted with flowers, pattern No. 771, length 27cm. Seventeen Ridgway armorial dessert plates, circa 1850, of shaped circular form, each painted to the centre with the Westhead crest and motto 'ORA ET LABORA', within puce ground rims with gilt overlaid foliate scroll decoration and cobalt blue strapwork, puce printed factory marks to bases with inscription 'Presented to J.P. Westhead Esq', diameter 26cm. Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.

A Ridgway part dessert service, circa 1820-25, pattern No. 660, painted with central floral bouquets within a cream ground frame gilt with flowerheads and leaves against a gilt overlaid cobalt blue ground, the rims with foliate scroll moulding and stylized fan handles, comprising oval dish, length 28cm, square dish, small single-handled square dish and seven plates, together with a group of other plates and dishes with the same moulded rims, also painted with flowers, and a similarly painted large circular bowl, pattern No. 2/740, diameter 23cm. A Ridgway part dessert service, circa 1825, pattern No. 1175, painted with topographical panels against a gilt overlaid cobalt blue ground beneath shaped rims, comprising a pair of sauce tureens with integral stands, the covers with cornucopia knops, and six two-handled plates, diameter 23cm, together with a matched jug, pair of cups and saucers and jug in pattern No. 2/1387, and a pair of Ridgway topographical square dishes, cornered by gilt butterflies against a cobalt blue gilt scale ground, pattern No. 1045, length 28cm. A Ridgway part tea service with butterfly finials, circa 1820-25, pattern No. 2/942, the salmon pink ground painted with gilt edged cobalt blue 'C' scrolls, comprising teapot, cover and circular stand, sucrier and cover and teacup and saucer, together with a mixed group of other mostly Ridgway teawares, including a sucrier and cover with butterfly finial and matching stand in pattern No. 2/873 (minor faults). Eleven Ridgway porcelain milk jugs, circa 1810-30, painted in a variety of mostly gilt enriched floral patterns, including a hexagonal example in pattern No. 2/1374, together with a Ridgway sauce tureen with integral stand and cover, decorated with stems of pink flowers, and a small group of other similar wares (minor faults). A Ridgway porcelain bulb or bough pot and cover, circa 1815-20, of typical D-shape, raised on three paw feet, painted in Imari colours with a gilt enriched floral pattern, the domed cover with five heart shaped pierced apertures and cornucopia knop, unmarked, length 21cm, together with a pair of Ridgway puce ground two-handled vases, painted with landscape views, height 21cm, and a pair of Ridgway puce and gilt decorated foliate moulded candlesticks, height 20cm (faults and repairs). A Ridgway bluish-mauve pottery part dessert service, circa 1830-40, pattern No. 57, enamelled and gilt with a central cornucopia of flowers within a border of floral stems, the shaped rims moulded with flowerheads and scrolls, comprising pierced two-handled footed centrepiece, sauce tureen and cover with integral stand, four two-handled square dishes, length 28cm, five two-handled oblong dishes, length 29.5cm, one two-handled circular dish and seventeen plates, diameter 23.5cm, together with a small group of similar Ridgway dessert wares, painted in pattern Nos. 267 and 44. A pair of Ridgway porcelain ornamental baskets, circa 1820-30, of lobed rectangular shape with overhead handles, painted with a landscape view to each side within foliate moulded framing and gilt borders, pattern No. 3/666, length 12.5cm, together with a small group of other English porcelain and pottery, including two graduated white stoneware potpourri baskets with moulded basketweave and sprigged floral decoration, a diminutive kettle and cover (restored handle), a floral painted cobalt blue ground cup, cover and stand and a similar spill vase on gilt paw feet, height 11.8cm. A pair of Ridgway buff stoneware candlesticks, circa 1835, of foliate moulded form with acanthus leaf struts to the circular bases, unmarked, height 22cm, a matching smaller pair, height 12.5cm, five other pairs of Ridgway candlesticks, a pair of blue washed white stoneware candlesticks, probably Chetham & Woolley, and a pair of bluish-mauve pottery ram's head cornucopia with scattered gilt foliate decoration, height 15.5cm (some restoration). A Ridgway relief moulded part dessert service, circa 1825, painted with floral sprays within raised relief cartouche frames against a cobalt blue ground with gilt diamond trellis, pattern No. 893, comprising a pair of sauce tureens with integral stands, the covers with rose knops, a single-handled dish and four plates, diameter 22.5cm, together with a similar jug, height 12cm, two dark blue ground floral painted Ridgway dishes and three similar plates (minor faults). Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.

A large impressive Ridgway porcelain two-handled vase and cover, circa 1812, the green ground ovoid body well-painted with a panel of fruit and flowers within a gilt scroll frame, flanked by gilt tigers and foliate scrollworks, opposing a detailed gilt scene of a classical urn, flanked by griffins and elaborate foliate scrollwork, the gilded handles in the form of rams' heads, above lobed moulded detail richly gilt, the neck with gilt fluted detail, the green ground domed cover, circular foot and square base with similar gilt detail, impressed mark to base, height 62cm (some restoration to base). A Ridgway part tea service, circa 1810, pattern No. 2/24, painted with gilt fruiting vine on dark blue leaves against a pale blue gilt dotted ground, comprising teapot, cover and stand, jug, two London shape teacups and two saucers, together with a mixed group of other mostly Ridgway teawares in pattern No. 487 and other similar wares, including two saucer dishes (minor faults). Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.

Three Ridgway porcelain ornamental baskets, circa 1820-30, two painted with landscape views and one with flowers, within foliate moulded framing and gilt borders, length 12.5cm, a pair of Ridgway blue and gilt foliate moulded candlesticks, height 20cm, and a group of other English pottery and porcelain, including a Ridgway Chinese style green pottery vase with gilt fish handles, height 15.3cm, a diminutive Spode pink ground potpourri with pierced cover and gilt crocodile handles, height 7cm, a lilac pottery snuffer tray and a pair of white stoneware potpourri baskets and covers, probably Hackwood (minor faults). A mixed group of Ridgway teawares, circa 1815-25, including a part set of pattern No. 2/620, comprising slop bowl, two cups and saucers, coffee cup and three rectangular teapot stands, a Japan pattern sucrier and cover in pattern No. 452, with matching jug, a similar example in pattern No. 488 and various cups, saucers and dishes. Provenance: from the collection of the late Graham and Rhiannon Berridge.

An English porcelain cabinet cup and saucer, mid-19th century, probably Ridgway, the cup painted in shades of grey with an oval panel of Cupid seated on a cloud writing a letter, within a green and gilt frame on a band of gilt leaves, the similarly painted saucer with three panels depicting trophies of love, pattern No. 5/4507, diameter of saucer 14.3cm, together with a blue and gilt painted coffee can depicting a lion in a chinoiserie setting, height 6cm.
