Provenance: from the estate of the Late Raymond Briggs, the world renowned author and illustrator of The Snowman, Father Christmas and Fungus The Bogeyman.

A Designhuset Swedish stoneware circular dish, circa 1980, designed by Carl Harry Stalhane, decorated in brown slip with a variety of foods, including chicken, fish, eggs, fruit and vegetables, blue printed marks to base, diameter 28cm, together with a Designhuset brown glazed cylindrical vase, height 19.5cm, a Gustavsberg stoneware vase, probably by Lisa Larson, height 38.5cm (fault), and an Italian pottery vase, height 11.5cm.

A Keller & Guerin Luneville French pottery part service, 20th century, typically painted with floral sprays and scattered sprigs within pink edged rims, comprising a soup tureen and cover, a pair of oval platters, length 35cm, a pair of double-spouted two-handled sauceboats with integral stands, thirty-three dinner plates, diameter 25.5cm, eight soup plates, ten plates, 18cm diameter, eleven plates, 15cm diameter, two large circular dishes, a flat circular platter, diameter 31cm, five crescent shaped dishes and six oblong dishes, length 26.5cm, together with a Copeland Spode Marlborough Sprays pattern matched sauce tureen and cover and four dessert plates (minor faults).

A Paris Manufacture de la Reine Leboeuf porcelain part service, early 19th century, painted with a wavy band of pink flowers and green leaves between gilt line and garland detail with scattered sprigs, including eight teacups, nine coffee cans, seven saucers, a plate, diameter 21cm, a jug, a slop bowl and a teapot and cover, printed crowned 'A' mark to bases (faults and restoration). Note: Leboeuf's porcelain factory flourished under the patronage of Queen Marie Antoinette of France. Often referred to as Fabrique de la Reine - The Queen's Factory - the crown was added to the factory's mark in 1778 when the Queen gave it her protection.

A Herend Rothschild Bird pattern ice pail and cover, 20th century, the lined inner with removable basket, blue printed, painted, impressed and incised marks to base, height 16cm (chip to rim), together with a small Herend leaf shaped butter boat and four pieces of Meissen, decorated in pink with the Indian Floral pattern, comprising a small vase, height 6cm, ashtray, circular pot and cover and a saucer.

A mixed group of ceramics and glass, 19th and 20th century, including four Doulton Lambeth stoneware harvest jugs, sprigged with toping figures, tallest 18.5cm, a graduated pair of Arabia Finnish pottery jugs, decorated with cats, an Orrefors glass vase, engraved with a little girl, height 12.5cm, and a pair of Ridgway porcelain plates, painted with flowers and moulded with fruiting vine to the rims, diameter 22cm (faults).

A Staffordshire pearlware figure of St. Peter, early 19th century, modelled kneeling before bocage, a cockerel to his side, a bible and keys at his feet, on a naturalistic mound base, unmarked, height 25cm (some faults and restoration).

Six assorted Continental porcelain plates, 19th and 20th century, comprising Meissen and KPM Berlin seconds and Dresden examples, including four with pierced rims and a pair with basketweave moulded rims, each painted with flowers, fruit and/or vegetables, various underglaze blue painted, printed and impressed marks, some marks cancelled, pair 24cm diameter (minor faults).

A Gustavsberg stoneware vase, mid 20th century, designed by Stig Lindberg, monogrammed, of cylindrical form with everted neck rim, the body with a repeating impressed trellis pattern, covered in a brown glaze with oxblood splashes, incised marks to base, height 9cm (rim restored).

Two Wade Disney Blow-Up models, comprising Scamp and Thumper, together with five small Beswick birds, a Royal Albert model Tommy Brock and a Beswick model Hiker Badger.

A Royal Doulton Millennium Collectables limited edition model of Nipper, His Master's Voice, dated 2000, modelled by David Biggs, length 31cm, with certificate.

An unusual European pottery model of the Chinese god Shou Lao, in the style of Sarreguemines, early 20th century, modelled cross-legged wearing a blue floral decorated yellow robe, iron red painted '32 R.A.' to base, height 21cm.

A group of commemorative pottery, 19th and 20th century, including a John Wesley circular plaque with pink lustre rim, diameter 18.5cm, a green rimmed plate for the opening of the Daisyfield Industrial Bees' Co-operative Society, diameter 24cm, a Baden-Powell plate, a Disraeli octagonal plate, a mug, printed in black with views of The Harris Orphanage, Preston, height 9.5cm, an Aller Vale tyg, inscribed 'South Africa 1899-1900', height 11cm, and a jug with screw cover, printed in brown with a view of the Manchester Ship Canal opposing a named portrait of Daniel Adamson (faults).
