An unusual Eric James Mellon studio pottery stoneware bowl, dated 1967, the circular top raised on a short foot, glazed to the centre with a green/blue 'pool', applied to the rim with a kneeling female nude, black painted signature and date to base, diameter 28.5cm. Note: by repute the current vendor of this bowl was told by the potter's sister this particular item was produced as a remembrance piece.
