Clocks and Barometers

A group of three early 20th century gilt metal cased cartel style wall timepieces, each enamel dial with black Roman hour numerals, within cast foliate and scroll cases, heights 27cm and 30cm.

A 19th century ebonized and gilt metal mounted lyre shaped mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong with pull repeat mechanism, the circular enamel dial with Arabic hour numerals and inscribed 'B.F Schunick in Berlin', the lyre shaped case on stepped rectangular base, height 38.5cm, with pendulum, together with a gilt metal mounted ebonized portico mantel clock, height 53cm, with pendulum, and a portico case, height 49.5cm, with pendulum.

A Victorian mahogany drop dial wall timepiece with brass five pillar fusee movement, the 12-inch painted circular dial with Roman hour numerals, the case with moulded circular surround above an apron with glazed lenticle, flanked by carved foliate mouldings, height 55cm, with pendulum and winding key.

An early 20th century French spelter and rouge marble mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the foliate case flanked by a maiden on a rouge marble base with scroll feet, height 52.5cm, with pendulum, together with a French rouge marble case clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the enamel dial inscribed 'Brocot', the pedestal case with fluted decoration, height 25.5cm (lacking figural surmount and pendulum).

A late Victorian oak bank timepiece with brass single fusee movement, the 16-inch silvered dial with black Roman hour numerals, the architectural case with arched surmount and dentil cornice, the frieze with foliate scrolls and centred with a brass foliate boss, the lower rectangular frieze carved with further foliate scrolls, height 110cm (faults, movement detached and loose, missing hands and hinged bezel).

A George V National Time Recorder Co Ltd mahogany cased clocking-in clock, the signed painted dial with Arabic hour numerals, the case with gilt signed glazed door above a hinged front enclosing mechanism, height 98cm.
