A Niderviller Sèvres style two-handled vase and pierced cover, 19th century, the bleu céleste glazed oval body with gilt caillouté decoration, painted to one side with two cupids in a gilt oval panel, to the reverse a similar landscape view, above applied bisque floral swags flanked by tall angular handles with bisque mask terminals, raised on an oval foot and rectangular base, the base with applied biscuit plaque, detailed 'Niderviller', the base incised '5547', height 43cm (knop restored).
