A pearlware basket and matched stand, printed in blue with The Boy on a Buffalo pattern, late 18th/early 19th century, both pieces with cell printed rim, underglaze blue decorator's marks, length of basket 18.5cm, length of stand 19cm, together with a similar basket, printed to the base interior with a butterfly on blossom, length 21.2cm. Provenance: from the collection of Jennifer Moody.
