A Second World War period Japanese katana with curved single-edged blade, blade length 68cm, the tang signed, cast bronze tsuba, fabric tape bound fishskin grip with hidden cast bronze flowerhead menuki fitting, fuchi and kabuto-gane pommel with associated blue/brown tassel/knot, with stitched leather covered painted metal scabbard with single ring suspension.
