Attributed to William Buelow Gould - Still Life with Hare, Snipe, Pheasant and a Basket of Eggs, 19th century oil on canvas, 59cm x 49cm, within a gilt composition frame. Note: Gould was transported to Tasmania, Australia as a convict for petty theft in 1827. He is now regarded as one of the most important early artists of the colony.
