LOT 103
William Heath Robinson (British 1872-1944) - 'Harry Tate, Fishing', Leeds: John Waddington, circa 1921, large advertising poster on three sheets; total size 225cm x 101cm, unframed. Note: printed in colours for pasting onto billboards, this is a very scarce piece of Heath Robinson advertising material, apparently not listed in any bibliography. Because it was intended for pasting and subsequent disposal, few copies will have survived. Harry Tate (1872 1940) was a music hall comedian, famous for his sketches on golf, motoring and fishing.
