Creighton' and detailed 'Sterling', together with a dress miniature Military Cross, George V issue (the Military Cross suspension has been removed and attached to the Canadian Memorial Cross). Note: Thomas Creighton served with the 34th Battalion Canadian Infantry, died 27th February 1915 and is remembered with honour at the Sarnia Roman Catholic Cemetery.
