A late 19th Century French gilt brass cased carriage/mantel alarm clock, the eight day movement with silk suspension pendulum and striking on a bell, the back plate detailed 'A Brocot, Paris', the white enamel dial similarly inscribed and with black Roman numerals, the ornate case cast in relief with scrolls beneath an overhead handle, above sliding panel back, on scroll feet, height approx 15cm.

Lefebvre Fils Paris', the white enamel circular dial with black Roman hours and outer Arabic minutes, inscribed 'Guibat, Aaria', the case with urn surmount above four bevelled glass panels applied with acanthus swags, foliate scrolls and flanked by lion mask and loose ring handles, the base with foliate band on tapered feet, height approx 44.5cm, with pendulum and winding key.

A late 20th Century mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the brass break arch dial with silvered chapter ring and silvered plaque inscribed 'Godfrey Down, Warninglid' beneath a 'Tempus Fugit' boss to arch, the arched hood with Corinthian columns and glazed door, the trunk with crossbanded door on a panelled base and plinth, height approx 197cm, with pendulum, two weights and winder.

A mid to late 19th Century French bronze, green marble and ormolu mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the back plate stamped 'Susse Fres a Paris', the white enamel circular dial with blue Roman numerals and similarly signed, the case with brown patinated bronze figural surmount modelled as a seated Sappho, cast signature 'J. Pradier' and Susse Fres to Stool, the green marble oval case with vertical fluting between cast ormolu beaded and foliate bands, on disc feet, height approx 41cm (bronze figure detached and minor faults). Note: Jean-Jacques Pradier (1790-1852) was a French sculptor best known as the creator of the figures of Fame in the spandrels of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Other works are exhibited in the Louvre Museum.
