A Chinese Canton famille rose porcelain bottle vase, mid to late 19th century, the baluster body painted and gilt with figural scenes within scattered flower, precious object and insect borders, the flared neck with applied gilt Buddhistic lion handles and chilong, height 24.2cm (minor chips).

A Chinese blue and white export porcelain tankard, late Qianlong period, of barrel form, painted with a coastal landscape, height 14.7cm, together with a Chinese export porcelain bowl, 18th century, the floral carved exterior enamelled with figures and animals within underglaze blue borders, diameter 19.2cm (hairline cracks and chip).

A Chinese blue glazed porcelain bottle vase (tianqiuping), Qing dynasty, probably 18th century, the globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck, covered in a blue glaze, unmarked, height 45cm (repaired neck and drilled hole to base).

A Chinese blue and white porcelain jar and cover, late Ming dynasty, of stout baluster form, painted with a design of lotus and scrolling leafy tendrils, height 34cm (repaired neck and rim of cover).

A Chinese copper alloy handwarmer, Qing dynasty, of rounded rectangular form with overhead swing handle, the pierced cover with geometric cloud shaped design, incised four-character Zhang Mingqi Zhi mark to base, weight 1113.4g, height including handle 15cm, length 20cm. Provenance: the Finer Collection of later bronzes and handwarmers.

Kono Barei (1844-1895) - a Japanese woodblock diptych print depicting three birds perched on fruiting branches, 21cm x 30.5cm, together with a group of other woodblock prints by the same artist, 21cm x 14.5cm, all framed and glazed.

A Chinese carved hardwood figure of a fisherman, early 20th century, modelled holding a net, height 31cm, together with a Chinese cloisonné vase, 20th century, decorated with flowers and leaves on a turquoise ground, height 23.5cm, and a Chinese soapstone teapot with carved and pierced prunus decoration, length 17cm (missing cover).

A Chinese blue and white export porcelain circular dish, Qianlong period, painted with flowers, diameter 36.8cm (minor rim chips), together with a similar smaller dish, diameter 33.3cm (cracked).

A pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain baluster vases and covers, marks of Kangxi but late Qing dynasty, painted with blossoming prunus branches, underglaze blue four-character marks to bases, height 28cm (one footrim repaired), together with three similarly decorated ginger jars and a cover (some faults).

A Chinese famille verte porcelain rouleau vase, Kangxi style but probably 20th century or later, the body painted with Liu Hai, three other immortals, a deer and a three-legged toad beneath a peony band to the shoulder and bamboo to the neck, height 66cm.

A Japanese brown glazed pottery circular charger dish, Momoyama style but Meiji period, the interior painted with a scene of red-capped cranes flying between a pine tree and blossoming prunus branch, diameter 55cm.

A pair of Japanese Satsuma earthenware two-handled bottle vases by Kusube, Meiji period, each globular body painted with opposing scenes of figures in landscapes, beneath a blue ground flared neck filled with gilt cell diaper borders, iron red and gilt signature to base, height 20.5cm (one with chip to rim), together with a pair of Japanese Imari porcelain vases, Meiji period, painted with flowers, height 24cm.

A pair of Japanese cloisonné vases, Meiji period, each ovoid body decorated with red-capped cranes in flight on a pale blue ground, beneath a flared neck filled with dragons and tendrils, height 31.5cm (faults).

A pair of Japanese Kutani porcelain jars and covers, Meiji period, each of barrel form, painted with panels of figures and flowers, reserved against simulated brocade borders, height 27.5cm (one repaired).

A pair of Chinese cloisonné bottle vases with gilt copper mounts, 19th century, each of quatrelobed baluster form, decorated with flowers, scrolling leafy tendrils and butterflies on a gilt keyfret-filled turquoise ground, height 30.5cm (faults and repairs).

A Japanese Satsuma earthenware circular dish by Kinkozan, Meiji period, painted and gilt with a scene of a dignitary and warriors with screens, eagle and pine tree, within a cobalt blue glazed border with gilt ho-o bird and foliate decoration, gilt seal and impressed mark to base, diameter 18.9cm (minor rim restoration).

A Chinese Canton porcelain part tea set, late 19th century, painted and gilt with butterflies, comprising six cups and saucers, height of cup 5.8cm (some with chips and cracks).

Fu Hua (born 1928) - a Chinese ink and wash on paper study of three sparrows in flight above six lines of black text and two red seals, 31.5cm x 41cm, framed and glazed. Note: this lot is accompanied by the Fu Hua book with dedication to frontispiece.

A Chinese bamboo brushpot, early 20th century, carved and pierced with a scene of figures, boat and pine trees, height 17cm, together with a larger bamboo brushpot, carved in relief with a gathering of sages and attendants in a landscape, height 15.8cm.
