British and Continental Ceramics

Two pieces of Denby pottery designed by Glyn Colledge in the Glynbourne pattern, comprising an ovoid vase, height 30cm, and a circular bowl, diameter 21cm, a Bourne Denby Danesby Ware blue glazed jardinière, seven pieces of Crown Devon tableware in the Panache pattern, printed with various vegetables, three pieces of Crown Ducal decorated in the Petit Pierre pattern and a Crown Devon Gaiety Grill pattern hors d'oeuvre dish.

Four pieces of Royal Worcester, comprising a blush ivory ground potpourri vase with pierced cover, dated 1909, painted with pink and yellow roses between moulded gilt enriched borders, height 12cm, a blush ground quatrefoil shaped dish decorated with flowers, length 16.8cm, a similar circular pin dish, diameter 9.3cm, and an ivory ground oval tray with foliate moulded rim decorated with flowers, dated 1892, shape No. 1571, length 28.8cm, together with a Coalport cobalt blue ground vase with pierced cover decorated with a bird, height 9.5cm, a Donegal Parian China basket, length 14.8cm, and a Royal Crown Derby Japan pattern miniature cauldron, dated 1911 (some faults).

A Doulton Lambeth stoneware silver mounted jug, dated 1881, decorated by Hannah Barlow, monogrammed, with incised horses between geometric banding, impressed and incised marks to base, height 23cm (handle restored).

A Goldscheider terracotta pottery wall mask, model No. 7527, modelled as the head of an Art Deco lady with green curly hair, holding a bunch of grapes in her hand, black printed and incised factory marks, height 28cm.

Twelve assorted Pratt Ware pot lids, 19th century, including Hide and Seek, Dr. Johnson, Persuasion, The Enthusiast, Trafalgar Square and The Village Wedding, displayed in a glazed frame.

Four pieces of Moorcroft Pottery, comprising a Pomegranate pattern vase, 1920s, of bulbous shape, impressed marks to base with blue painted signature, height 12cm, an Orchids and Spring Flowers pattern jug, circa 1940, impressed marks to base with facsimile signature and blue painted initials, height 16cm, a Pink Magnolia pattern vase with cobalt blue ground, height 10.5cm, and a green ground Anemone pattern lamp base, height to top of fitting 26cm.

A Wedgwood Ordinary Lustre octagonal bowl, 1920s, designed by Daisy Makeig-Jones, decorated in pattern Z4825, with gilt tigers chasing a flaming pearl against a mottled orange ground to the exterior and similar tigers to the interior against a mother-of-pearl ground, gilt printed Portland Vase mark to base, diameter 22.3cm.

Two Newlyn Troika Pottery Cube vases, 1970s, decorated by Avril Bennett and Simone Kilburn, monogrammed, with typical textured geometric decoration, black painted marks to bases, both 8.3cm high.

An English porcelain Derby type bocage figure, late 18th century, modelled as a seated boy with a dog beside him, on a pierced scroll moulded base picked out in turquoise enamel and gilding, height 17cm (faults and losses), together with a Staffordshire pottery pastille burner and cover in the form of a building and a small group of Continental porcelain, comprising a Plaue oil lamp base in the form of an encrusted basketweave globe supported by three cherubs, a figure group and a Dresden floral painted trio (faults).

A Royal Worcester vase, dated 1914, painted by Stinton, signed, with Highland cattle, puce printed marks to base with shape No. 2491, height 11.8cm, together with a small Royal Worcester pot painted with a bird on a gilt branch against a blush ivory ground, height 7cm, and a miniature Royal Worcester floral decorated loving cup.

A pair of Royal Worcester ewers, dated 1912, painted with pink roses against a blush ground between gilt necks and feet, puce printed and painted marks to bases, shape No. 1581, height 20cm, together with a similar smaller Royal Worcester jug, dated 1911, painted with pink and yellow roses, height 9.5cm, and a Royal Worcester vase with pierced cover, dated 1916, painted with pink roses, shape No. 245, height 17.5cm (knop glued).

Three pieces of Royal Doulton Brangwyn Ware, circa 1930, comprising a teapot and cover, height 14cm, a hot water pot and cover, height 18cm, and a jug, green printed and painted marks to bases (some faults).

A set of four Royal Worcester limited edition figures representing the Seasons, modelled by Maureen Malin, each from an edition of 7,500, with certificates, together with four Royal Worcester limited edition Old Country Ways figures, with some paperwork, and three Royal Worcester white glazed figures modelled by Devereux representing Morning (restored), Afternoon and Evening.

A mixed group of Beswick animals, including a Highland Bull, No. 2008, a brown gloss Shire Mare, No. 818, two other brown gloss horses, two mares facing right with head down in Palomino and grey, No. 1812, three hounds, a labrador, donkey and a kitten, together with a small Copenhagen model of a rabbit eating a lettuce leaf, height 8.8cm, and two Moorcroft vases, heights 12.3cm and 9cm (taller Moorcroft cracked, other faults).

An Art Deco Aynsley part service with butterfly handles, RD. No. 785789, in purple colourway with gilt rims, comprising six teacups and saucers, six tea plates, a cake plate, diameter 22.5cm, milk jug and sugar bowl, green printed and some painted marks to bases (minor faults).

A Chamberlain's Worcester porcelain Imari decorated part service, early 19th century, decorated in the 'thumb and finger' Japan pattern No. 276, comprising two saucer dishes, diameter 19.5cm, ten saucers, oval sucrier and cover with ring knop, seven teacups and four coffee cans, together with two further coffee cans and a teacup and saucer in the same pattern (faults and repairs).

A Royal Crown Derby part service, 1930s, decorated in the Derby Posies pattern No. 9875, comprising six teacups and saucers, six tea plates, milk jug, sugar bowl and a two-handled cake plate, length 26cm, together with a small group of similar tablewares.

Ten mostly Capodimonte Italian bisque porcelain figures and groups, 20th century, including a boy with a bird of prey by Maria Angela, height 29cm, a boy seated on the back of a donkey with panniers of grapes, a girl wearing a lacy dress seated on a swing and a female artist seated by an easel painting a landscape, height 21cm, together with two Lladro figures, Spring Is Here, No. 5223, and Little Bo-Peep, No. 1312, and a Royal Copenhagen model of two playful puppies (some faults).
