A Victorian 1845 pattern infantry officer's dress sword by Cooling & Lawrence, Maddox St, Bond St, London, with single-edged fullered blade, blade length 75.5cm, numbered '96237' to spine and etched with 'VR' cypher and monogram 'RPM' to face, cast brass gothic openwork hilt and wire bound fishskin grip, with brass mounted leather scabbard (some distortion to hilt, some fatigue to leather at point of brass chape).

An 18th/19th century Middle Eastern matchlock rifle with sighted, corrugated and flared cast barrel, barrel length 112cm, similarly decorated forend with brass bindings and stylized zoomorphic flash pan, trigger with openwork decoration and simple lever action (later alterations and repairs).
